Bradley Duke, Co-Founder & CEO of ETC Group, London
Bradley has spent most of his career in regulated Financial Services as well as young technology companies. He worked for investment bank Jefferies at their offices in New York, Paris and London, and then at the trading powerhouse KCG in London where he headed the team at Knight Direct Europe.

Kevin Carter, Founder of EMQQ, San Francisco
Kevin T. Carter is an internationally recognized expert on Emerging Markets + China with over two decades of work alongside long time Princeton Economist and Author of A Random Walk Down Wall Street, Dr. Burton Malkiel. Kevin is the Founder + CIO of EMQQ (The Emerging Markets Internet + Ecommerce ETF) as well as three other NYSE listed ETFs.

Anthony Bamber, Head of business development at The Royal Mint, Llantrisant, Wales
Anthony joined The Royal Mint in September 2020 and is head of the wealth management division. Anthony’s role is focused on the development and market awareness of the digital investment propositions that The Royal Mint has to offer from their digital gold savings account, little treasures digi gold, to the unique pension’s product. Anthony previously spent almost 15 years at the FTSE 100 company Hargreaves Lansdown and his specialism lies in various pension product offerings.

Phil Beattie, Head of strategic partnerships at SparkChange, London
Phil is Head of Sales at SparkChange. He was previously Head of ETF and Indexed Fund Business, EMEA at MSCI, with a particular focus on growth strategies including ESG. Prior to that he spent 15 years at JP Morgan, latterly as their Head of UK Business Management devising their UK strategy and management communications. He is an expert in ESG Investing, with deep experience of how to integrate ESG factors into the investment process of both active and indexed solutions.

Gabriela Herculano, CEO and Co-Founder of iClima Earth, London
Gaby has over 25 years’ experience in finance and in energy. She started her career in equity research, covering the Latin American electric utility sector at Lehman Brothers. After business school she moved into the buy side, where she worked at greenfield project finance and M&A at energy developer AES Corporation and as an Executive Director at GE Capital’s Energy Financial Services team in London. When structuring private equity infrastructure investments her primary focus was on renewable energy assets across Europe, having invested into solar and onshore wind, and screened several opportunities also in offshore wind. 

Scott Klimo, Vice President & Chief Investment Officer of Saturna Capital, Bellingham, Washington State
Scott joined Saturna Capital in May 2012. He received his BA in Asian Studies from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY and also attended the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Mandarin Training Center in Taipei, Taiwan. Scott has over 30 years experience in the financial industry with the first several years of his career spent living and working in a variety of Asian countries and the past 20 years working as a senior analyst, research director and portfolio manager covering global equities.

Anthony Ginsberg, CEO- GinsGlobal Index Funds, Los Angeles
Anthony Ginsberg is the Managing Director of GinsGlobal Investment Management, a global asset management company offering a broad range of innovative index-linked products, for both retail and institutional investors. GinsGlobal designs index products for a number of leading financial institutions, including global insurers, banks and asset managers. GinsGlobal was founded in 2000 and has operations in North America, Africa, Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

Chris Versace, CIO of Tematica, Washington DC
As the Chief Investment Officer of Tematica, Mr. Versace is editor in chief of the Tematica Investing and Tematica Pro, as well as the author of the Monday Morning Kickoff, which has become a must-read for RIA’s and Money-Managers around the world, as well as many in the Financial Media.
Mr. Versace spent 13 years in the equity research departments of Salomon Brothers; Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Friedman Billings Ramsey (FBR). 

Nicholas Mersch, Portfolio Manager at Purpose Investments, Toronto
Nicholas Mersch has worked in the capital markets industry in several capacities over the past 10 years. Areas include private equity, infrastructure finance, venture capital and technology focused equity research. In his current capacity, he is an Associate Portfolio Manager at Purpose Investments focused on long/short equities.

Jane Edmondson, Co-Founder and CEO of EQM Indexes, San Diego
Co-Founder of EQM Indexes LLC and Founder of EQM Capital LLC. Ms. Edmondson is a former Quantitative Portfolio Manager with Allianz Global Investors and its predecessor firm Nicholas-Applegate. She started her career at Merrill Lynch and has more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry. She holds an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University and a BA from UC Irvine.
